Bumper Bolts Loose!

Notice my rear bumper rattling when I closed the door. 2025 Badlands with SAS and 5K miles. Two bolts underneath on each side were loose! Took to dealer so there is a record of it and they tightened.

I was missing one of the four diff mount bolts on the front diff of my BL Sas. Cost Ford a front axle to replace under warranty. Welcome to Ford, "Quality #1, err, We'll get back to you!!"

Well.. This is pretty minor compared to my warranty repair list for my 2020 Rubicon I went thru..but only at 5K.. so fingers crossed thats it.

Ha ha, yeah if Ford got worse than Heep, we'd be in real trouble, amirite?? Right? Quality is recalled, maybe, recalled what? Well... lol

All joking aside, you're likely but not guaranteed that there'll be issues. I've had a few, including a couple in the first month like having leaking seals replaced. Everything's ok now, but it can be hit or miss and Ford has been winning, err, losing the recall war lately.
