I found a vehicle I like to find out a front license plate bracket has been attached and part of that seems to require two holes in a trim piece below the grill and above the bumper.

does anyone know how to find this part number (have been trying with minimal success) and if you need to take off the bumper to access?

thanks in advance

Thank you. Same part for realtor? Found a build I really wanted but has two holes in bumper for the license plate unfortunately.
Oh, I just realized this was in the Raptor forum.

The Raptor part is N2DZ-17232-ZAPTM

Also comes unpainted.
thank you. This is very helpful. Doesn’t seem all that hard to take off bumper?

No idea.

On the normal Bronco it's fairly easy, so I would assume it would be fairly easy on the Raptor as well. You may also have to take apart part of the grille/headlights to get access to the brackets—not sure.

If you didn't want to buy a whole new trim piece, there is also these things called Bumper Plugs. MUCH more economical than buying a new trim piece and paying someone to paint it.

Yea saw those. Can’t believe the dealer drilled into the trim. But it is the exact spec I have been looking for…

Believe it or not, they're actually supposed to drill into the trim piece. That's the official Ford-approved license plate mounting location.

If you look at that trim piece there is actually two little dimples in it to show dealerships exactly were to drill.

(Borrowing a photo from @Roger123's Bronco).

Yea. but most raptors I have see the dealer leaves them off. Seems there are a few aftermarket options that can use the exiting bolts etc.

@DV8offroad makes a great one (yes it is already angled to follow modular bumper lines) - needs some spacers to fit Raptor but all items easily sourced on Amazon. Also - I installed rivnuts to make it a cleaner attachment than nut & bolt.

I used the same bracket and picked up new bolts and plastic spacers at Lowe’s. Looks far better than the stock location And bracket

Awesome solution. Do you have a list of the parts / part numbers that you used (spacers, longer botls, rivnuts, etc.)?

Pretty sure these were the bolts - but I may have used something else - easy enough to take the existing Bronco Bolt to home depot and get it 1/2" or so longer

For license plate into the rivnut:

To cover the rivnut back end so it doesn't rub on bumper:
