All I'll say is the head of the EPA or a similar branch advised Gruesome Newsom that it wasn't feasible and I think he might change his mind... or just be voted out eventually

In all seriousness, I'm surprised that this didn't happen sooner even though electric is not as practical yet but lawmakers don't care about practicality.
