Can a Wildtrak be had in 2021 with a soft-top or is this only in 2022?

Yes.

Don't forget the front Grill is different. And Outer Banks has body colored side mirrors where the wildtrak is Black in color

also bronco on the rear tailgate is Black for the wildtrak and chrome on the OB
These two just need to be rolled in to one trim after '22 if there's nothing mechanical or exclusive. Make those '21 and '22 WTs even rarer.

OR... make the WT even more of a dune runner than just a sasquatched OBX

seems like a cavas soft-top is an upgrade from the cloth soft-top. Interesting.

wonder where Ford is getting them from.
Isn't canvas a type of cloth as opposed to vinyl?

based on your suggestion everything can be one trim.

Don't forget, OB with SAS and the 2.7 is similar to WT. Without SAS and 2.7 it is really diff.

I look at it as the WT is just an upgraded OBX. The BL and BD differentiate with steel bumpers, MGV and washout floors. The BL being an upgraded BD, but at least in that case the BL has the disconnect exclusive.

You can't actually order it without a hard top... the soft top is essentially considered a "dealer installed accessory".

The soft tops used to be down in the "Accessories" options in B&P, but looks like they moved it up for some reason. Probably to get people used to the idea of having a soft top option for 2022.
