Original order for a Badlands SAS 2.7 MIC: 8/11/21. MY 22 reorder: 10/8/21. Build week 3/18, then 4/11, then 4/4. Kept watching for the Window Sticker and it appeared on 3/29. Blend date: 4/6. MSRP confirmed at the dealer. Rail delivery….3 weeks? Almost went with a small town Ford Dealer here in Texas since I know the owner, but went with a high volume dealer near my home, perhaps dumb luck…. So, 9 months from original order to delivery (Hopefully). With the amount of Rangers and Broncos being shipped to Houston, I’m hoping the wait at the rail yard to fill a Houston bound rail car is not a long one. …..and, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE NOT THE MOUNTAIN!!!!! I was told today that after the Bronco was “turned on”, I would be able to track its progress on the rail journey down to Houston by using the FordPass App.

Not true. You can’t track anything using FordPass until you activate the modem inside the vehicle manually by allowing the permissions. This is not automatically done when shipped, unfortunately.

It feels like it will never happen, and then all at once “ BAM”, you are sitting in the drivers seat ,and inhaling that new car aroma. Magically, all the frustration and anger compiled during the long exhausting wait vanish. Enjoy.
