Yes, but you either have to cut off 2 recivery hooks off your Base, or buy 2 new support brackets. If you are remotely capable, just cut them off.

I did this on mine. As previous stated you need to cut off the tow hooks. Took me 5 min and then covered them with undercoating paint to prevent rust. Hardest part of mine was swapping the wire harness but you probably don’t have that. It’s really easy.

Just swapped standard bumper with capable bumper on Big Bend. Was able to get correct intercooler brackets with bumper purchase. Had to install wiring harness from original bumper for fog lights.
The swap is very easy to do.
