I have an SRQ winch bumper on order and didn’t want to spend &50 on a bracket I’d chunk in 2 months… So I had some scrap angle iron and some brackets from some new window shades I didn’t need laying around! I’m sure you can find similar brackets at the big box stores.
1) I screwed the factory mount to the punched angle with the plan to use it inverted.
2)I then put a few bends in the brackets so they angled up toward the drain holes underneath the bumper. After a few test fits of the bends I screwed them to the punched angle.
3) Finally, I screwed the assembly brackets into the drain holes on the bottom of the bumper using the factory screws.
