I installed a couple of BD S2 Pro's on the Pura Vida Offroad attic tray made by @UtahBrandon and wired them to a SwitchPro switch for the same reason @Gettyup mentioned. There's no noticeable glare from the reflection on the rear glass and they're still very bright from behind.

Pics are from when I was testing the setup and was using the only S2's I had on hand at the time.

The mounts look good. Is there much glare from being inside the glass?

*edit*

I read the entire post rather than just looking at pretty pictures, as I am prone to spouting my mouth off -- and you did answer my question. Good to know!

I've always wondered for the spare tire mounted options: how much more difficult does it make accessing the spare tire in the event it is needed?

It's all good, man! There's really no glare at all from the inside. I tried to place them as close to the glass as possible without making contact, which helps keep the glare to a minimum.

I lead plenty of trail runs, at times I have used my blinkers as a workaround but the damn tick tock noises become extremely irritating. Anyone have suggestions preferably for Baja Design as this is what I run on my rigs up front but not a must.

There are options in the jeep world but not seeing anything for a chase light bar for the rear for the bronco. Couple of pods will have to do but I already have a current setup that may interfere with existing options.

I do have the option for them in the bumper but really wanted something much higher up.

Purchased from SDHQ. Works with up to 40 inch tire.

Great use of the brackets! I spy that those aren't the black stainless bolts I sent you. did you go this route so you could double-nut?

Good eye! Honestly don't remember exactly why I did that. Think maybe I wanted a button head bolt with a nylock nut instead of a standard lock nut. Since the bolt was too long, I just spun an acorn nut on to protect the threads.

Super easy. I have a pair of BD S2 lights bolted to the Fast Intentions bracket on my spare. Removing the lights is a simple matter of taking out 3 bolts and disconnecting the electrical cable. Maybe adds about 1 minute to normal spare removal.

Great to know it's not more involved. Thanks!
