I always check my lug nuts after the have been driven for a couple of hundred miles. Found they were all loose at least a half tun before they hit the torque specs my bronco had 400 miles on her from when I picked her up last week.

I checked mine yesterday - 3500 miles since new.
They all very consistently needed about 15 degrees turn to hit 100 lbs.

There is a recall. Apparently the torque machines online were off.
If yours were that loose you need to take the tire complete off and check the threads on the studs and inside of the lug nuts. They may need replacing.
