Convoy Tracking Question

Hey my Canadian friends,

For those of you who have been fortunate enough to have your Bronco's now (or on their way) and were sent via convoy (according to your window sticker), I was just wondering when you found you were able to see your info on the shippers website (https://palsapp.com)?

Mine is showing "built" but not shipped yet (hopefully soon), and I get the message shown below in my screenshot. I know some folks were able to enter in their VIN before shipping status, and it came up with the shipment was pending.

Just trying to gauge a bit of a pulse on this. And if you could include your rough location too, that'd be appreciated.

It will 100% come to BC by rail. I can't explain why the window sticker says convoy. Mine took a few days before it was actually loaded at out of town. Builds 5th shipped 9thish.

I wish they would have put "rail" on the window sticker then. It's very misleading, but I would have expected it to come rail anyways.

As long as it hits the rails before the Winter weather flies and starts slowing down trains, it doesn't matter to me - Just start heading West ASAP!

You guys need to get the rail car # from the dealers tracking report. As soon as it is logged, you can track it yourself here... but follow the directions so others can do the same...

1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Most cars will have 4 letters (as an example "TTGX") and then the car #.
Make sure to never talk to anyone !! if it tries to direct you to a agent, hang up and try again. The computer does not listen well.....

My 11/10 build shows shipped. Coming to Maple Ridge BC ETA is Dec 9. I’ve asked my dealer for the rail car number, waiting on a response. Probably same train as yours. Will post once I get the cat#.

Well mine was shipped last week and I got my car number as well. Luckily i work for CN and have means of internal access to track it Est delivery by ford is dec 1st. So fingers crossed with all the shit that went on yesterday.

You can track it by VIN on CN Rail but you have to have an eBusiness account. Doesn't really matter though, if it hadn't made it through the canyon before Sunday, it's going to be a at least a few weeks before the roads and tracks are repaired after the washouts.

Well mine was shipped last week and I got my car number as well. Luckily i work for CN and have means of internal access to track it Est delivery by ford is dec 1st. So fingers crossed with all the shit that went on yesterday.

I was able to get my railcar number from my sales person yesterday. Would be cool if you were on the same train!

Railcar #TTGX697688. I’m technology challenged so having difficulty getting the rail location updates. Expect delays once it gets close to the Westcoast due to rail washouts. Pretty used to delays by now, lol.
