I took the doors off. Put them back on and the headlights stayed in for 30 minutes. Next day the battery is dead. Snd I did reconnect the electrical. Any ideas?

Bumped the headlight switch?
The Bronco should tell you if it thinks the doors or on or off. What does it say?
You should be able to open each on and the dash will show you.
