Dealer tells me my 2023 Wildtrak order has been balanced out

Ford CS Chat tells me I am Unscheduled Clean - Priority Code 02.

Dealer tells me my order has been balanced out, and i will need to wait and reorder when 2024 order banks open this fall.

Something seems screwy here....

Sounds like the dealer is screwing you around hoping you’ll cancel so they can get your order to sell with ADM. They knew how many total allocations they had on 3/27 when the order banks opened up and how many of those would get taken by previous order holders like you that weren’t scheduled yet, with a PC of 02 you should be scheduled for this year because I had a 19 when I ordered mine. Since the 24MY is a wipeout of all the price protections you really have nothing to lose but a few months of time if you don’t get scheduled, then you can go to a reputable dealer to reorder so I’d just hold on to your order.
