Did my dealer bypass my reservation number?

So I reserved my Badlands Sasquatch last July and was able to “covert” it into an order a few months ago . I have a build spec order receipt from my dealer so I know it was placed.

I recently logged into my Ford account and it is still telling me that my order is ready to be placed

Did my dealer just not use my reservation number and will that effect my spot in line?

What have you guys seen when you log into your Ford account after your dealer puts the order in?

If it’s any consolation, I used my same email address associated with my FordPass account to place my reservation and place my order. I work for a Ford dealer. Have received my pizza tracker email from Ford to that very same email address. However, when I log into my Ford account and check orders, I just get this…. So don’t put too much stock in it being “updated”. Just ask your dealer for a WBDO update. It should tell you your order is in processing, or scheduled to the week, etc.

My dealership does ALL orders as a priority 19. No exceptions.
