So far I have just about all IAG skids except the differential skid, which they mentioned is not compatible with the FP diff cover.

Looking for recommendations on a diff skid that works with the FP cover, and pictures if you can manage it.

thank you

I’ve got the AEV rear differential skid. Very tight fit up against everything. I have the FP differential cover too.

"I am a retired KOH driver/competitor, and for 5 years have been a tech inspector. I see every single car that competes in KOH, in all classes. Myself and three other guys tech every car, I see every one of them. I assure you that NONE of them have differential skid plates. Look, I'm not trying to be difficult, just factual. Real off roaders do not run diff skid plates. It's pointless. Get a good heavy duty diff cover, that's what the real folks do."

I liked the reduction in snag points on the AEV, but yeah, not sure it’s necessary.

That is the best advice I have read on this forum regarding Diff skid plates. Thank you for so succinctly summing up your views!
