Why does back door site show me as 5/23 build date “in production, in process” and vin but the main login, check reservations and orders shows nothing but ordered

If you're referring to Ford Pass, it won't show up. You have to manually add your vehicle to.the app. You can use your vin to add them.

I speaking of the main ford site where you sign in and go to my account, then Reservations and orders.

Ford.com is run by interns. It blows my mind that such a large company, especially one that's hoping to move to online sales, has a shoddy website
