Hey FYI for all those DIY’ers,
After removing and reinstalling my bumper (Modular Steel) about 10 times now, I finally found a super easy way to help lift the bumper a fraction of an inch so that I can get the bolts started. Simple bar, in this case a breaker bar, through the hole to the frame extensions.
anyway, thought I should pass this tidbit on to others.
