Dang, I swear a couple months ago I was able to call the Ford Motor Company Customer Service Line and the Ford Customer Service Rep would and could help me confirm what my build week was. Now none of them know, or have they all been told not to help or give out that info. I just got off the phone with one of their reps ( 800 392 3673 and the rep acted as if she knew nothing about the ability to order a Bronco let alone the ability to track an order at all.
If anyone has good # to call post it up please. Thanks in advance!!!

From reading these threads, I must be the only guy not calling Ford.

I am surprised that people keep calling Ford, numerous times in some instances, and expecting some different result.

The degree to which some of you torture yourself is beyond my desire for information.

Call your dealer and have them ask their zone rep. He is the middle man between the dealer and ford and will have the answers your seeking.

I contacted my salesman this morning and he sent me my VIN but I can't get any of these links to work. What am I doing wrong?
PM me your VIN and order number and I will see what I can see on my side.

I just got off the phone with the Bronco hotline. Other than being on hold for 20 minutes, it was a good experience with a very pleasant young woman helping me. She told me my VIN is good and that I have not yet been scheduled so I don't know where my dealer got September 27th from. She also said that I should get a scheduling email very soon. Of these tools listed above, only the aem link gives me any results.

800-334-4375 worked for me, lady was actually very helpful...more so than my dealer
