Does MAP produce Broncos on weekends / Saturdays?

I have a build date on a Saturday. Do they build on Saturdays or is this a strong sign that I will be bumped?

I'm not 100% sure but I was bumped from a Friday 6/17 build to a Monday 6/20 build.

They want to work every Saturday. They even schedule the employees to a “mandatory” Sat. the week of, but then by Thurs., they almost always—I’d say over 80% of the time—cancel it, including this coming Sat. Actually, for this week, MAP is down to one shift, as afternoons is off.

They want to go to 4/10’s, 7 days/wk (with staggering starts to the week) once all the shortages are over, according to my source.

@DSRTR8D I've got one for you...the people that are in build week 6/27, what happens to the folks that get scheduled for late in the week with Ford supposedly shutting down for 3 weeks? Do those Broncos sit 99% finished until the end of July or will whatever go down the line be finished and shipped out?

2 Door Broncos are more scarce then all the rare earth metals on planet earth.

People please do not expect to see a build date in 2022 or any time soon.

They don’t have enough parts to run 6-7 days. They ran this past Saturday (06/04/2022) but they were closed Monday. They canceled the afternoon shift this week. They would run around the clock 7 days per week if they had enough parts.

f me.... I'm going to pour myself a glass of bourbon after reading that and hope that doesn't happen to me (7/25 build week -> bumped to 6/20 -> bumped again to 6/27 )

Don’t be discouraged if you ordered a 2-dr. I ordered a 2-dr, BD, Sas, roof rack, mod bumper, and I was basically laughed-off by my sales lady at the time…. I got my Bronco in just 6 months. So anything can happen.
