Door panel insert replacements?

I am planning to change out my interior leather for a custom Katzkin setup. I currently have Leather with the 2-tone Roast and Black Onyx

Question. Does anyone know where I can buy the door pieces that match (circled in green)?

Also, if anyone is interested I will be selling the original 2-tone leather once it has been removed.

You could probably order them through Ford, however it’s probably cheaper to get the upholstery shop who’s installing the leather seats to wrap them in a matching material.

are you looking for just plain OEM ones? If so, Ill swap my 2 base ones with you .. im doing a katzkin interior as well and thats the color i want throughout.
