Drain hole??

Has anyone else seen this light shining through? Wondering if it is a drain for the upper switches. I can block the light in the center on the right side center of the switches.

No it’s a small hole on top of the dash on the right side between the rubber switches and plastic nearly center on the right hand side. I’ve only seen it 2 times it looked like a small spotlight. And I started searching to block reflections until I found it.

This was just now in the pitch black of my garage using my wife’s phone light.
