Hello,

I am going to mount this system on my 21 Badlands this weekend, but the spanner wrench was not included. Supposedly it's on its way, but I don't want to wait. If I were to install this system and then have the Bronco aligned, and then up the height later, will it need to be realigned?

I really don't have much time except for this weekend and want to get it done, not knowing how long it takes for the spanner to arrive.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, technically you would need to re-align it, but if you raise it by 1/2" or less, you can probably just run it as is. For example, when I swapped the HOSS 1.0 shocks over to the Badlands Non-Sasquatch HOSS 2.0 suspension, I didn't bother with re-aligning my Bronco, tire wear was unaffected and the Bronco still handled great (after 0.67" lift) as an example.

When I first put my new coilovers on and set at 2.5", on the alignment sheet the "before" was still in the green. Granted, the numbers weren't great and they were able to get it perfect, but it goes to show how forgiving it can be.

I lost my Eibach wrench and bough this set instead, actually works better I think. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PV8Y8XY?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

The camber is what changes most (at least on mine). But hopefully you won’t need to adjust the height later, and as said 1/2” one way or the other won’t effect anything enough to worry about. There is an ebach chart that gives a pretty good estimate of what your lift will be on the different models. I ended up lowering the front on mine but did it before alignment. I drove it a couple weeks without an alignment at all right after the install and it drove great. Camber was what needed corrected the most.

I would look for a spanner wrench from Amazon you can get next day.

Well my notification of a next week delivery was wrong. Showed up today. Worried all for nothing.
