Factory tow 7 pin harness amp rating on pin 4?

Does anyone know what the aux/charging pin is rated at?

If you are talking about the 7-pin trailer wiring harness, the aux power is fused for 30 amps.

The 4-pin wiring connector, it doesn't have an aux power line.
Never mind, I get it now. The aux power line is pin 4 on the 7-pin connector.

Also... if you are doing something like that, I'd check to see what gauge the wire is. Ford (and many other manufacturers) have a nasty habit of using wires that are too small. So if you are pulling... say... 28 amps for your battery charger the fuse may never trip but the wire itself may pose some safety concerns.

For example... on the up-fitter switches the AUX 1 switch is fused for 30 amps, but they are only using 16 gauge wire for it... which is way too small of a wire for a sustained 30 amp load in my opinion.
