The decal is growing on me, I was going to immediately rip mine off, but I think I'll leave it for a while and see. Its easier to remove than put back on I'm sure.
Ripping it off doesn't keep it from being a special edition... but it does keep it from being fully appreciated by people who would like to see what they look like (especially with that graphic) up close and personal. I mean I haven't seen one yet... and with so few of them out there... I doubt I'll ever see very many.

If I was going to buy a Bronco to sit on as a future collectible.. I think this DS Everglades will be way rarer than a FE or HE Limited.

2 out of 3 of them are DS, but yeah, its going to be rare. I don't know if I have the patience or money to sit on a modern car as a collector vehicle though. I plan to keep mine at least while waiting on my HE, then see how I feel about it. I hope to actually use it as intended soon!

Well here she is. Been a long wait but worth every minute. She looks better in person than any photo can capture.

I wanted the tan also. I changed to green and went with the outer banks over the Everglades. Both great choices.

Look great congrats! I wish this was available for reservations folks. My price protection is attached to the BD reserved per my dealer. So I cant justify the switching cost-wise.

I kind of think any other color Everglades will be rarer because most would get the DS color since its only on that version. Throw off the masses by ordering the lowest take rate standard color.

I have a color poll for the Everglades, out of 72, 2/3rd are desert-sand, I am the ONLY A51. If the Everglades continues for years, then the DS color will be rare for the Everglades, and certainly its the rarest color for ANY Bronco except maybe the code-orange if that was one-year only.. I'm not sure the EG take rate will keep it in rotation after this year though. I wanted the DS at first, but started getting iffy on it, and my wife loves A51 so to keep the wife happy (and the Bronco), I let her pick the color.

That's an awesome color.... But.... has anyone else wondered which marketing geniuses decided to match DESERT tan exclusively on an EVERGLADES model with a snorkel?

I think they designed it along with the color as an overlander to look somewhat like the old Range Rovers and Toyotas, The name came afterwards (just my hunch, nothing to base it on).
