I’ve learned to just kindly say I’m not going to consider that at this time and then change the subject.
To note, if you read the fine print most of those “addons” like extended warranty and wheel/tire protection are not covered by off-road use if something happens. So avoid at all costs.

This is exactly the answer. The F&I guys always say, "I've gotta present all the options to you." I always say do what you gotta do, let me know when you are done presenting and I'll get off my phone and pay attention.
