Two in the nest. One (CG from the dealer that converted my reso without permission) and one LB delivered from Granger yesterday.

Been dying to see good photographs of Cactus Gray in XPEL Stealth. I've got my appointment soon and need to make up my mind.Dropped my FE off today to get a full Xpel stealth wrap. I’ll post pics in a week!
I am…though I am built and was sent to dirt mountain in August. No updates and very pissed off right now.Any of you still “In Production” too?
These pics aren’t the best, and as you know CG never pictures true to color. I’ll tell you what though, the stealth wrap is fucking amazing and I don’t regret it one single bit. I highly recommend!Been dying to see good photographs of Cactus Gray in XPEL Stealth. I've got my appointment soon and need to make up my mind.
Help me, Obi Wan. You're my only hope.
Ahhhh. It so hard to tell. Did you wrap the whole thing, grill and all? If so, is the grill gloss and body in matte? These pics aren’t the best, and as you know CG never pictures true to color. Everything is covered, including the roll bars. The grill and mirrors were covered in clear Xpel ppf. You can’t tell it’s wrapped? It’s subtle but definitely different than factory paint finish.Ahhhh. It so hard to tell. Did you wrap the whole thing, grill and all? If so, is the grill gloss and body in matte?
Interesting you removed the graphics. Didn't like 'em?
Sorry, I should have said, "It's so hard to tell what I want to do with mine."Everything is covered, including the roll bars. The grill and mirrors were covered in clear Xpel ppf. You can’t tell it’s wrapped? It’s subtle but definitely different than factory paint finish.
C’mon up dude!Sorry, I should have said, "It's so hard to tell what I want to do with mine."
It looks good, but like you said, I don't know if a picture will ever do Cactus Gray justice, wrapped or not.
Guess I just need to drive up the coast and stalk yours in person. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have CG on order but then saw this carbonized gray wrap and started questioning my choice. After seeing yours though it looks like CG can absolutely pull off the stealth wrap!Everything is covered, including the roll bars. The grill and mirrors were covered in clear Xpel ppf. im thinking about taking the bar off the front bumper of my FE. Looks good! This is our company R&D vehicle. It will eventually make it to SEMA in November as our sauce showcase, displaying our parts.
It’s pretty bone stock now. That will change over time.
How did you get a roof rack? I tried to order the parts an was told that they weren’t availableSo it's been about 10 days now since I took delivery of my FE. First wanted to thank the team at Thurby Riverside Ford in Markleysburg, PA for taking such good care of me. They honored their word on everything (simply a handshake deal at the beginning) and were great every step of the way. At delivery I paid close attention to the roof and I must say it looks fine to me including all of the edges which are finished. There is some very slight (you really need to look for it) honeycombing on the curved sides between the rear window and side windows of the rear cap, but nothing I would ever consider an issue. Since taking delivery I went on a 1500 mile Christmas road trip to SC and back and am more impressed than I ever thought I would be. The power of the 2,7L is impressive; the ride is solid, it just eats up any bumps; and all of the features on the FE are a pleasure to have...especially the 12" screen (which my teenage kids think is pretty cool). I added a few items that the dealership installed for me prior to delivery, they include: BDL fog light kit; trailer hitch and wiring harness; roof rack (essential item for me - yes, expensive but so is the dog kennel if you can't take the pups along on a trip!); Go-Rhino D6 Dominator slider-steps; and swapped out the Goodyear Territories for a set of Pirelli Scorpion AT Plus which are snow-rated (another essential for where I live) (If you are looking for a brand new set of the Goodyear Territories please DM me). A few other items on the interior including the cargo area mat, door sill plates and rear seat covers. Once winter moves on we'll head up into the hills to take it on the trails, for now just thrilled to finally (after 1 year, 5 months and 5 days since reservation night) have it in the family stable.
Already put in my vacation request for SEMA 2022. Can't wait to see what you guys do with itThis is our company R&D vehicle. It will eventually make it to SEMA in November as our sauce showcase, displaying our parts.
