Alright who can help figure this one out??

July 13, 2020: 4 door 1st Edition reservation placed at 8:02PM before the system crashed.
July 13, 2020: Reservation confirmation/congratulations email received from Ford @ 8:04PM with the following.

Vehicle: Bronco​

Series: FIRST EDITION​

Date reservation placed: 07/14/2020​

Reservation ID number: 10114044​

July 13, 2020: 8:05PM, CONGRATULATIONS email from dealership on my Bronco reservation.
Oct 2,2020: Email from Ford stating next steps. Will get an email when to go to dealer to place official order in the near future.
** Couple emails in between saying sorry for the Covid impact (fordpass points) in between the other emails.
Jan 15, 2021: Order window opening soon email from Ford. Use our build and price tool to configure your Bronco. Done and printed same day.
Jan 21, 2021: Dealer calls "come place your order". Done same day.
March 25, 2021: Email from Ford. Contact dealer and pick a different top or could take longer to build. Contacted dealer same day and changed.
May 27, 2021: Email from Ford "Your Bronco has been scheduled for build the week of July 12, 2021. With a "track my order" button. Clicked track order button went to error screen. Did get VIN though.
June 22, 2021: New email from Ford. "We know you are anxiously waiting" and a click here hyperlink to my Bronco order/build. Says "In Production week of July 12" THIS MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS... Also a link to sign up for Bronco off rodeo.
B Email from Ford "Stay pumped about your Bronco"!
Fast forward to today 8/6/2021: Many "click here's" clicked, several chats on the Ford website (they can't tell me anything different than what you see by clicking the link. Dealer has no idea other than we should see it any day now.. Called Ford Marketing headquarters and they can't tell me any more than clicking the link. Now, I am still patiently waiting for my 4 door 1st edition Cyber Orange Bronco and will until I get it BUT, keep in mind I placed my reservation 2 minutes after go live, placed my order the day the dealer called, was told being built week of July 12 (has said in production ever since) and it is August 6 and still no Bronco. HOWEVER there are folks that placed their orders in March/April that have already received theirs..
I URGE YOU ALL THAT HAVE GOTTEN BUILD DATES TO NOT GO BY THOSE DATES. Basically was told to just be patient and wait for the dealer to call and tell me it is in.. Super frustrating Ford!!

Call your dealer and tell them you want their zone rep to find out where your bronco is.

That’s pretty rough. Sorry if you said this already.. but have you called Ford Customer service? They should be at least throwing fordpass points your way.

Do yourself a favor and keep your FE reservation.. even to sell it if you don’t want it. You’d be doing the dealer a favor by walking away so they can sell it for $$$$

Into production on 16th… and there I sit with no end in sight.

I had the same thought and decided to keep the Raptor and full finance the Bronco. Just paid off the damn Raptor. I can’t ever see getting rid of it.

Yeah, don't feel TOO terribly bad, your scenario is very similar to mine, and many others. It sounds like quality control over the roofs are to blame. More than likely our Broncos ARE done, sitting there waiting for roofs.

Are you saying you got pushed up? Or did you mean your original build day was 7/16 not 8/16? Either way, nope. I am a build week of 7/19 and no news since. However, about once a week the date on the bottom of my window sticker updates.

I would if it didn't sound like literally every other FE since early July wasn't in the same boat. I haven't heard of an FE delivery in about a month. I think they're ALL being held right now.

I also received an email from Ford notifying me that my production week was moved up from 8/23 to 8/9.
