West Palm Beach. Greetings. If anyone has spoken to Mullinax in West Palm Beach, I'd be happy to hear about your experience… I've sent two emails to the dealership to check on their stance on pricing (x-plan, and so on) but just crickets, so far.

We are offering X plan pricing with a valid pin at time of purchase, otherwise we are charging MSRP with no markups dealer fees or mandatory add ons, I work at the kissimmee location but this info applies to everyone. I would call them to confirm since our email system is a bit wonky with incoming from ppl who aren't in our system as a sales or service lead

Yes, thanks @noahr ! I'm up to speed on your dealership & it was your posts/replies from several weeks ago that led me to inquire at my local Mullinax. If I can't get some info out of them soon, your dealership was already my plan B. It's pretty frustrating dealing with salespeople that know of fraction of the info we've all been tracking here on the forums. I may well be in touch, soon!

Yeah unfortunately a lot of our sales teams and the teams at dealerships in general are swamped as it is so the bronco falls to the wayside but that is why I am taking over at my location since it is still important and we are still customers so dealerships will have specialists like me

So, I have heard a couple of times from the guys in the West Palm Beach Mullinax. It is the same as the rest of the chain, which is to say they will honor x-plan, no ADM, No dealer fees or doc fees. That said, I responded to both my supposed sales guy AND the person who presented himself as in charge of all Bronco sales, and have heard nothing for two weeks.
What started out as a fairly positive experience with them has devolved into yet another dealership experience. I have no doubt that they will honor the financial stuff they laid out though. They just absolutely suck at customer service and I am thinking of bailing and buying an S4 and just driving the shit out of it for a while.
I hate car salespeople and car dealerships for this very reason. They can take someone so excited about something and suck all the joy out of it by being completely crappy. Again, I do believe they will stick by all of the financials. And the financials are solid for South Florida. But their lack of willingness to engage has made me want to just tell them to go fuck themselves.
I completely understand that this is a personal thing, and if you don’t care how they act and you just get the car you want, I actually admire that. I’m just not that guy I think. I want them to act like human beings through the whole process.
Point being, they’re good on numbers, and absolute crap on customer service. I did get the orange bronco hat though. At least I got that out of this. And, frankly, there’s every chance I’ll wake up tomorrow and be like “screw it I’m still gonna buy one.”
Somehow though, between Ford’s apparent lack of organization, the dealership’s typical crappy behavior, and the unknowns
about how the product will be in the end, I’m leaning towards sitting this one out. And I was SO all in for a while let me tell ya.

Heard—and thanks for the info. I'm in a similar boat as well, and the recent forum posts of the two-tone dashes and abhorrent seat color options are giving me major pause as well. BUT... they knocked the exterior & specs out of the park, so I may change my mind.

I was texted by and then spoke with a sales person, Andrew Sivick , at Mullinax in West Palm on Oct. 23. Andrew is the manager in charge of Bronco orders. He confirmed what has been said here already - no doc, dealer fee or ADM is there everyday policy. He had same info as discussed on the forum already. His Ford contact was suppose to speak with him the following week with an update, so maybe has new info. I'll call him and see what I can find out and post the results.
