Ford Accessories Awful Customer Service

Has anyone else had a miserable experience with Ford Accessories?

I had ordered a Trunk liner for a 2 door, they sent a 4 door liner. So returned it expecting they would ship a replacement immediately. Its been 35 days since they received the return, and they still haven't sent a replacement. All call with them are "oh its an issue at teh warehouse, we'll escalate it." over and over with no substantial action being taken.

Would not recommend ordering from them directly after this experience.

Hmmm, bad luck maybe. I have ordered a bunch of stuff from them with no problem. I had to call them regarding the perimeter plus alarm install and they were helpful.
