ford accessory full body skid plates question

First of all it appears to be a ford product but only the 2dr version is available on the accessory catalog, any reason why 4dr kit is only available with aftermarket suppliers?

Second, it says it only fits vehicles with the modular bumper.. but the modular bumper in ALWAYS comes with the steel front skid... so if I order this kit, do I just have an extra skid plate to sell to somebody?

Steer clear of that sku if u have a metal front skid already. The full skids don’t even include a transmission skid. I have the metal font skid and I completed the skids by buying a transmission skid and transfer case skid from JCR

I agree, if you want real protection look to the aftermarket.

4dr Ford part # is MB3Z-5D032-E which is available from any authorized Ford dealer.
Fuel tank skid plate is included as well however not typically pictured.

If you already have mod bumper and front bash plates then you would have an extra pair as part of this kit.

It seems a good way could be the Ford package + ASFIR gearbox skid, looks like that is designed to fit with the surrounding Ford parts.

We’ll see what demand on EBay is to sell the spare front skid.
