I switch from the modular to top to a soft top.......Got my bronc 12/10/21.......my order was placed 01/21......and i got zero points. Everytime i talk with the Dealership they have no idea why i have not got my points.....i basically just gave up. the dealership was Sunrise Ford In North Hollywood.

Yes I did. Vehicle deliver 9/2 and points showed up 2nd week of November. I have not received my price protection yet though.
I received this email from Ford and everyone is clueless! Has anyone received the full 220,000 points?

Dealer doesn't have anything to do with the points. Talk to Ford.
The dealer should be able to see all eligible points. I had 220k of mine before I left the dealership when picking up my bronco. And the other 42k a week later. Unfortunately some dealers just don’t know what they’re doing.
You have a badlands correct? So you switched from a MIC hard top (not Modular) to a soft top. You couldn’t order the painted black modular top with a badlands as far as I remember. So you aren’t eligible for the 200k top points.
However you should’ve been eligible for the 42k points and the 20k reservation points if you reserved a bronco within the time limit.
