Ford Offer?

Hey Guys - So I've been shopping around and was speaking to the dealer I put my original order in with in 21' that never got built. He said hang on checked my address and I have a private offer of $2399 from Ford. He said the only way to use it is it has to be a new order and he wasn't sure if it would transfer after 1/2/25.

Does anybody know what this offer is or of they will be available in 25'?

Minute 3:06 talks about what a private offer is. It's like a glorified rebate/ discount/coupon. But watch the video. It's an old one, but substantive.

You can probably find a 2023 or 24 on a lot somewhere with twice that discount already... Ford needs to sell those, so you should be able to find a motivated dealer.

I'd throw in @FordVideoGuy in on this. If I'm remembering correctly the '23 to '24 transition is when all the offers went out the door.

That's what I was told when my order didn't convert to a MY24, BUT I have an offer in there now. If it goes to 25' might make me rethink getting a 24' and order a 25'.

I don’t know anything about yours, but my Private Offer was in early 2023 and they paid me $2,500 to drop Sasquatch from my order.

There were some other private offers for various things, but I don’t recall all the details.

Im surprised they still exist and even more surprised they allow it to carry over to other vehicles. (example if I did not end up buying my Bronco, why would i get $2,500 off an Explorer 3 years later?)

I've had private offers in the past but it's quite possible Ford has changed how they do it since then.

Last private offer I had was for $2,000 (about 5 years ago) if I remember correctly. And how it worked then was, basically like cash, I could put towards any Ford vehicle I wanted. And I was actually able to gift it to my kid who was buying a vehicle, just had to live at the same address.

I doubt it will roll to 25' but if it does I may order one at invoice and use the offer.

I just called Ford and they confirmed I have one, it's a Transition Private Offer but they don't have details other than the dollar amount. Waiting for a dealer to confirm rules for use.

I received a private offer from Ford in 2023 ~$3,100 and my dealership gave me the entire amount. Also, it took a bit longer to get the Bronco and as a result the private offer did expire but I contact Ford and they extended the offer until I received the Wildtrak

The '24 HEs did get an offer if they were scheduled in '23 and weren't built. Remember we had lots of delays in '23!

Check the nationwide sites (cargurus, etc), you can find new ‘23’s still sitting on the lots with up to $10k off, there are quite a few deals out there to be had. Autotrader shows new 2023’s with as much as $12k off, if you’re willing to travel or have it shipped.

It’s no longer a dealers candy store …. Broncos sitting on lots; both new and used! Go out and give those guys some payback for when they pulled their ADM BS. Be tough and walk as necessary; they too know the game on buying has changed!!!
