In the last month or so I’ve opened my Ford pass app and as soon as it opens the message at the top says my Bronco will shut off in 15 minutes. The problem is that it’s not running nor did I push the center button on the app to start it.

Anyone else having problems with their app like this?

Call Ford Pass. They are very helpful.

I've had weird things like that happen when I've opened it. I just close out the app on my iPhone by swiping it up and reopen it. Everything goes back to normal. I will note I think it is showing my last remote start.

Me three... a reboot of the app in iOS gets this working again. I believe when the app is not active it does not get the signal that the Bronco is off. At some point when I was not in a hurry I left the app running and it went away... it's like the local app timer ran out.

Happens on mine, as well as my wife's Explorer. Swipe the app away and re-open always works. I think this happens when I remote start from the app, and then don't wait for the app to "Confirm" the start before I exit the app.

Happens every time I remote start mine. I force close the app and it resets it.
