Ford Pass App Invisible Bronco Body

Since I set up my ford pass app when I got my Bronco, I have run into one specific issue every time I use the app. The body of my car pictured in the app is invisible. Am I the only person experiencing this issue? I know many others are running into more severe problems with the app, but like them, I was hoping for a better experience.

If you have found a solution to this problem, please let me know.

Yes, I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I have also tried removing and re-adding the vehicle.

Have you always had this issue?(EDIT: yes you have)

Do you have another device to try looking on?

Is your phone in 'dark mode' or have any of the visual impairment settings on?

Are there any other similar artifacts/issues elsewhere in the app?

When did you pick the vehicle up or pair the modem? I assume this happened when first paired?

Mine has been exactly the same since I've installed the app. It also is shown the exact same way on Ford's website so I don't think it's related to the app at all

I'm going to put a couple things out there. One, the app isn't playing well with the new iphone but have not heard others with this problem. Two, there's a coding problem in the app that Ford is going to have to fix via a update or will just start working one day.

That's a sweet new color, but chances are there's nothing you can do directly to fix it. My guess is that in a database somewhere your color is missing.

This isn't a new thing. There are a few other threads on the forum about this exact issue. My bronco looks exactly the same as yours does in my app. Tried everything. I figure it's better to have a buggy app than a buggy Bronco.
