After 9 months I finally got my Ford Account login issues resolved. It helps to copy Jim Farley in your email to them. I got resolution in 4 days once I did that. Now that I can actually login and see my order, I also looked at my Ford Pass credits. Were we not supposed to get some credits along the lines or does that not kick in until we actuall buy the vehicle which would make sense? Just curious if anyone else got credits from Ford Pass yet or if a zero balance is expected. Cool either way just want to make sure when the re-created my account they did not wipe out my Ford Pass Credits. Thanks all!

you don't actually think it's Jim Farley's personal email address that he looks at . Probably being handled by an intern, but glad you got your account issue resolved. 9 months is way too long for that to be fixed.
