I have literally looked at everything I can find to determine how to even this exhaust out. Literally installed it without the hangers, tightened and then installed the hangers. That was unsuccessful. Then I installed it with the hangers attached, and that too was unsuccessful. I have literally looked at a BUNCH of photos, and they all seem off. Thoughts?

BTW. Love the way it sounds. Wife is up in the air, at this point!

Best I have atm. It doesn’t look this level in real life, especially after settling in for some miles. On the left tailpipe I can’t see the ford logo, on the right I can.

did you try bending the rod that slides into the hangers? Force your will on them!

sadly with it just being axle backs i fear this could be an issue. We have yet to really get into exhaust on our Broncos yet but in the past I have always preferred Catbacks over axle back for this main reason. Better fitment and ability to line things up straight. Ford and Borla are always at the top of the list in choices simply due to common knowledge and name but my preferred kits for Ford have been AWE Exhaust for years now. Ran quite a few on the F150s over the years and love the sound, fitment and quality. I will see if maybe we can put something on the books install wise on one of our Broncos and get an install and sounds video out.

I have always had issues with aftermarket dual exhausts. You just have to get under there and tweak it. 2x4s and pry bars. Hopefully you can bend just the hanger. Even my Meisterschaft cat back needed massaging. The real discouraging thing is over a few heat cycles it will move again. And again…
