Ford Service- Those who know your Ford best Email

So I'm sure more than a few of us received the following Ford Service email. Title was:
"Excellent service from those who know your Ford best."
Well if this is how they are doing oil changes these days I want no part of it . Makes me think of the video Trail Recon did of his Son doing an oil change on his Jeep... Ended up draining the transmission .
