FordPass Bronco Image Missing

Has anyone else had an issue with the Bronco image showing up in FordPass? Find anything that fixed it?

I have tried multiple times speaking with customer service and they haven’t had anything useful. Also, I’ve removed and added both the app and the vehicle multiple time. All the FordPass features seem to work but the vehicle image doesn’t show up in the app or online.

Out of curiosity what does your pizza tracker (order tracker) show? Mine still shows “in production” and I’m wondering if that has something to do with it.

I took delivery first week in January. Im sure its just a glitch in their image generation algo that mashes together all the various options you selected. The app functions properly, so I'm cool with having a translucent bronco until they push out a fix

Mine is grayed out too...but the tracker shows it is in production and I've been driving it for 2 weeks!

Mine is ghosted too. It's been in my garage since January 22, so not holding my breath that it'll be fixed.

I had the goast image, I deleted the app and re-installed and it came back with the right image.

Tried that on a few occasions, including just now, with no luck.

Just called FordPass customer service again and this time they are escalating the issue, creating a ticket number, and seem to actually be taking it seriously.

Hopefully when they get back in touch in 3-5 days they’ll have a solution figured out or at least be heading in that direction. I’ll keep y’all up to date.
