FORSCAN/Ford performance tune

I just ordered my Ford Performance tuner from Lethal Performance and had a question regarding the flashing. I previously unlocked Sport mode on my ‘23 Badlands SAS with FORSCAN and wanted to know if flashing the tune will effect the previous mod to add Sport mode? I don’t want to brick anything doing the upgrade.

No it shouldn’t have any affect. The tune is only flashing the PCM.
