Front driver's side door fills with water when it rains...

I just noticed this over the past couple days. Driver side front door, front of the door. Open the door and water pours out.

I can find no clog in the drain. It's a pool between the gasket and the door sill. The water appears to be coming out of the bottom of the plastic door panel. I don't see how it could be a windshield/pillar leak.
