Was the snow packing in the tread and turning into little ice packs? That was my worst problem in the snow when I lived in it. The old tractor tire style M/T Baja Claws were pretty good about getting rid of it, but modern tires are more asymmetrical to reduce road noise harmonics and it seems like that's bound to trap snow/mud and eliminate traction.

Great job getting out there! Loved the video because it's gonna hit 80F today.

my bro just got good snow traction at 18 psi while mine at 36 did not come close to making his trail
