Gearshade Sub Enclosure and Mobridge Amp

I have a 4 door with the B&O system and am looking at possibly ordering this sub-enclosure Bronco Subwoofer JL 10TW3 – GearShade since the JL 10TW3 looks like a great sub and seems like a better option to the JL Stealth Box. I just bought the Mobridge amp and am now trying to figure out the subwoofer portion. The only problem is where to mount the Mobridge. Is there anywhere that you folks know of that it can be mounted in that area since there is not a spot on the enclosure? Do wires need to be extended? would I need some type of pigtail? I am trying to avoid extending wires if possible. What advice do you have regarding mounting the Amp with this sub enclosure? Has anyone done this? Thank you.

@GearShade Given your boxes are 3d printed. If we sent you a full CAD model of our amp could you add its mounting holes as an variant? Excuse my ignorance if it is more complicated than that.

We took the K2 specs and made a 3D model for tests mounting to our 10" line of boxes a while back.

This particular version is a JL 10TW3 sub with mounting for your K2 amp. We are also working on a Kicker CompRT 10" version. I don't think it would be too hard to use this for an 8" as well.

This is the beauty of additive manufacturing, we can change things on the fly.

We would love to work with you on expanding our line to meet the mounting needs of your amps. If you want to send us your CAD this would help remove any discrepancies our model may have. A .STEP file format would be perfect. Feel free to DM us, or email us [email protected]
