With all the bad acting dealers we tend to see on the forum, I just wanted to thank Joe Cotton Ford in Carol Stream IL for quickly resolving an MSRP price increase on my bumped '21 base bronco reservation. I barely got through to Ford Customer Care and they had fixed the issue.
Happy to have my Bronco at the price I was given.

Glad you had a good experience. I contacted them about a Bronco and asked what there asking price was. They sent me the window sticker which was MSRP and said that was their asking price. Drove 1.5 hours to drive and deal. Got there and 10,000 mark up plus 10,000 in ‘extras’. Not impressed with Joe Cotton Ford!
