For those like myself that have struggled with not having an A-pillar grab handle, I have came up with something that may help some out. What I have done here is purchased a set of the grab handles from Omotor and modified them. I didn’t need the lighting function on them since I already have the Mabett interior lights. So I removed the lighting from the handle, flipped it around to point to the front, and spaced it down to locate it in a grab friendly place when entering the truck. I also shortened the handle about an inch so it didn’t interfere with the sunvisor. Now I use the dash handle with my left hand, and grab the new handle with my right hand. Being higher than the steering wheel and closer to you, it really makes a difference. It really felt awkward to grab the door armrest handle with my left, and the dash handle with my right. I couldn’t glide into the seat as in an F150 for example. I was having to stop on the running board and adjust to get into the seat. This has solved the problem for me in a big way and I just hope it helps others or spurs more ideas.

That's as opposed to doing this for under $10 - though admittedly more sturdy, huh?

For myself and others that have commented on this issue, the handles that mount in between the bolts tends to be to far to the rear. At least for us older less agile folks.

We bought the Reform Design handles for our ‘25 Heritage. The handles are too far back for me to use but might help my wife who also struggles some. I’m gettting use to using the door handle and steering wheel to get in. The handle on the ‘26 model looks like it might help. By comparison my ‘21 GMC CC DRW is super easy to get into.
