I don’t think the removable glass is true on the two door which sucks. I really wanted that if for no other reason than it would make it easier to remove the top alone.
Not sure on the removable glass but you have the panel over driver and passenger plus a hugE panel over the back seat passengers. Might only be on The modular top but there is really no reason to remove it for open air for everyone. Makes me really think of The 2 door now.

Has there been any word on whether the hard top for the 2dr is removable be one person? I mean I know I can take it off because I took my 4dr wrangler top off by myself(which has got to be heavier)....but there is no way I could lift it up and put on by myself (the JKU that is)

Not sure “non existent” is how I would describe the number of Jeep soft tops out there. I have one and had the choice of top for each trim I was looking at. Also see multiple on even short trips. Went soft as I hate having to plan ahead for weather or my mood (less than a minute to flip it back and hit the road in “sunrider” position). I keep my JLU in northern Arizona so it gets snow, heat, dust, hail, tree sap etc each year and still works and looks like new. No ragrets.
