Haul plywood sheet?

Would a sheet of plywood (4’ x 8’) fit in the back of a four-door Bronco, maybe with seats down and hanging throughthe back window?

Likely not. My 4runner can’t do this. Minivans, however, can.

Strap it to a roof rack or throw it on one of those Little toe behind trailers that are like $600 from tractor supply. It's definitely not going to fit inside

Probably not through the window. Take the top off and have it rest on the spare tire as it overhangs and I bet you can make that work. Or like mentioned above, put it on top!

Here was a 4x8 sheet of peg board I was able to haul in my xterra. Peg board is a little more pliable and the front seat folds down as well which help. Was a pain in the but driving home though.

Roof rack? Not with the soft top. It'll depend on the size of the rear window, which I'll bet is less than 48"....with soft top, just drop the top! OR we can strap it to the hood using those eyelets on the front corners!! With a hard top, just dump the rear portion on your way from Menard's.

How many pieces do you plan on cutting it into prior to loading?

FWIW, even the Ranger can't hold a plywood sheet flat. F150 is the smallest Ford offering designed to hold plywood flat, so take that into consideration when trying to figure out the size requirements of your flat bed off-road SUV.

If you make enough customization to the bed, and cut down your sheets a little, then the Gladiator can hold plywood just as well as Mili Vanilli can sing a tune!
