Thanks! Yeah, that’s not bad at all.

My guess is people who find it uncomfortable just need to raise it up a bit. It kind of cups the top of your head and provides great support if you take the time to position it.Not really a neck rest as much as a top-of-the-head rest.

my passenger seat headrest doesn't go up and down. I have the Lux package. I believe its broken.

We have an '09 F150 and a '16 Explorer - both XLT.
The F150 headresets we turned backwards because the angle is absolutely ridiculous and totally uncomfortable. They only adjust up and down and there is no height that would make it work for either me (with my hair most often up in a bun or ponytail) or my husband.
My Explorer (which has a less severe angle in addition to ratcheting forward ability) we also keep backward for the same reason and we tried every height and angle.
I have heard some take their vehicles to upholstery shops to have their headrests reshaped. I also have seen different methods of bending the posts to correct the angles of the headrests on an F150 forum.

Willing to bet that any of the leather upgrade interiors include adjustable headrests, just like the leather gets you power seats and a rear arm rest

Unless you have a 2 door! Then you get adjustable headrests but no power seats or rear armrests. Just to add one additional variable!

The headrest angle is awful and why is it not adjustable? If they haven't changed since the preproduction ones I saw at Supercel East last year I'm going to have to put a damn leather headrest on my mgv Badlands lol.

There’s another big thread about this somewhere. I discovered that my 2017 F150 XL STX headrests do fit, and they are adjustable, and so much more comfortable! Unfortunately, they are cloth, and don’t match my MGV seats. I haven’t yet had time to investigate whether any vinyl F150 headrests are adjustable…

My Mustang headrests are adjustable I'll have to try them in my Bronco once I get and report back here. Hope to get mine this week.

Cant you just order the Bronco leather headrest then take both to an upholstery shop and have them swap covers?
