Hi here is Wolfgang and his Base Bronco 2-Door! I think there are only a few Broncos here in Europe! In Germany you can only buy the 4-door variants Big Bend and Badlands at the official Ford dealers. I am very happy with the 2-door Base, love this car!

Flying that US Flag in Germany probably gets you some mixed reactions. 🤣 ;)

So if the dealers do not offer the 2 door how did you come by it? That is a gorgeous bronco!

Yeah, but they probably don't notice it's backward either.

I sure got a lot of strange looks when I lived there with my Avalanche with the huge Razorback in the window.

I understand the rules on the horizontal... stars are always forward.... but the Vertical???? I can see how you are applying the rules to that but I have never seen a definitive answer to that.

Vertical (and horizontal when hanging) has always been clearly written in code that the union is always to the observers left when hanging, but most aren't going to notice it in Germany.

The graphics might have come with two distinct patterns for each side or just one and you have to have one backward.

I always knew the stars were at top... I guess I just forgot the left... Always been focused on the horizontal where the stars are forward, not left or right.

I also know that when Horizontal in print we always put the stars on the left because we read left to right and the stars would then be by default in the forward position.

Great looking Bronco though. Sorry if I derailed the thread. I’m sure it will handle the winters well and hopefully find some rough logging roads to travel on. I was lucky to live near a forest that was being logged and could use my hunting license as an excuse to cruise the back roads.

Congratulations, two door score. How much did the Bronco cost you. I live in Finland part time and was thinking about shipping my two door over in a few years it would be the only one Ford is not selling them there. It amazing how much a Ford Ranger costs in Finland.

Great looking Bronco and welcome to the Group. There is a lot of knowledge in here and you can use the search function or post if you have any questions. What part of Germany are you in? I have been there about 6 times, pleasure and part of my business. I have been all over but spent most of my time in Hamburg and Kiel. Enjoy that BRONCO!

There are few dealers specialised on US-cars. But it is much more expensive than in the USA. But it is cheaper than a G-class 😉.
