For those disgruntled with Western NC dealerships, I had no issues with Huntersville Ford.

That's where I went to see a Bronco (the one and only time I've seen one in real life...) when they were doing the 2-car travelling press tour thing last year. I asked one of their reps if they were offering any price guarantees for reservation holders, and the dude literally chuckled at me and didn't answer. Ha. I took that to mean, "Take your business elsewhere." But maybe he just didn't want to answer because they were busy with the press tour thing. Who knows.

Ordered a Cactus Grey OBX from Paramount ford in Valdese, NC. I'm part of the 12/13 in limbo group.

They're selling it to you at MSRP? When I ordered in November, the salesman said they wouldn't honor MSRP? They had two Broncos at about 20K ADM on the lot. One is still there as of yesterday.

I wound up ordering at Cloinger in Hickory based on that salesman's response.

Unless something changed from August to November. But we signed a purchase agreement for MSRP $49k with all fees and had to put $1000 non-refundable down. We may be in for a rude awakening lol.

I know I've seen some others from NC in various threads. I'm in the Raleigh/Durham area and have reserved a 2 door OBX at Crossroads Wake Forest.

Where are you in NC, what are you getting and what dealership have you reserved with?

Charlotte, NC here! Ordered 4dr OBX @ Town & Country Ford. Should hopefully get it any day now if they will ever get the truck in that it's on LOL - it's been shipped by railroad - tracked it - was dropped at railyard and now waiting on it to be brought to the dealership since 12/30. Patience is running thin =) Cant wait to get it!!!

I am relatively new to the area, so my knowledge of the local dealers was limited. They did seem a little disorganized.

I placed my order in November and got a build date the same day I ordered. I'm scheduled for week of 24 January and haven't received any other emails from Ford.

I am a Z plan order. The salesman I dealt with provided a signed order and added a note that I am purchasing as Z plan and they would honor it. I had to put $1K down.

At this point, that's all I've got to go on. I'm hoping with the signed order and my money down everything will work out in the next month or so.

Sorry this probably doesn't help you a whole lot. I can say, from Morganton to Statesville and up North to Lenoir they were the only dealer to say they would honor Z plan and that's why I went with them.

I'd seen some mention of Crossroads Ford of Kernersville in this thread and wanted to add my experience. I reserved in May of last year with them and took delivery yesterday. There was no ADM, and the sales manager was actually the one to bring up the topic of the MY22.5 price protection (I do not qualify for the 2021 protection due to my reservation date) and honor that.
