Help! Check engine light

Well, I need some help. Just tried to use forscan to change my tire size, stop double honk, and set highbeams to work with fog lights. Now I am getting a check engine light and4X4 error on instrument panel. Fordpass saying Powertrain Failure too. Any help is appreciated. Already bummed, no rude comments please
