I got the Morimoto xrgb and love em. I got them when they still did $600 trade for oem tho.. For the cost I do like the Oracle and would have gone with them if it werent for the credit.

No you have to do it by removing the bottom of the light and changing wiring inside the headlight cavity.

With Form you can change the amber to white DRL (and vice versa) without removing the headlight from your truck. The only difference with the Form vs AlphaRex is that you can't have the horizontal bar one color and the circle DRL another. They are either both amber or both white.

This. So yes the bad thing with the Rex is you need to be sure of the configuration you want before the installation. So I am hoping I don't change my mind later...

I would go with the form lighting as mentioned earlier. Just a personal choice based on my other rig, I wouldn't replace LEDs with Oracle Oculus for headlights unless it's due to budget constraints.
